Mr. Ngenda Nyambe

- Mr. Ngenda Nyambe is a seasoned and experienced banker with a career spanning over 20 years. He started his banking profession as a University Graduate Management Trainee in 1996 at Stanbic Bank and rose through the ranks, eventually working as a Director and Senior Executive at Standard Chartered Bank Zambia Plc, Barclays Bank Zambia Plc (now Absa Bank Zambia) and Zambia National Commercial Bank Plc. He has served in different roles in global markets, financial institutions, public sector, development organisations and commercial banking. He has also served in corporate governance positions as a non-executive director at Ecobank Zambia Limited, Indo Zambia Bank Limited, as well as other private and public sector institutions. Mr. Nyambe is a result-oriented person with a proven track record of surpassing targets in all organisations he has worked for and successfully contributed to the attainment of each organisation’s objectives.
Dr. Louis Kabula

- Dr. Louis Kabula is an experienced banking and finance professional, having worked for over 20 years in the banking sector, specializing in finance, strategy, corporate governance, business turnarounds, corporate restructures, portfolio development, performance management, acquisitions and mergers. His career reflects a strong track record of leadership across key financial and operational roles in leading and managing teams. Before joining Zambia Industrial Commercial Bank (ZICB), Dr. Kabula worked for middle and top tier Banks. His strategic oversight and deep industry knowledge have continued to play a pivotal role in strengthening ZICB’s financial management, supporting long-term growth, and ensuring sound financial governance for the Bank.
Mr. Misheck Mkokweza

- Misheck Mkokweza has a strong background in operations, credit, relationship management, and corporate finance. He developed his expertise while working at various financial institutions, including Barclays Bank Plc (now ABSA), Citibank, and Ecobank. Mr. Mkokweza has assumed significant leadership roles within these organizations, guiding teams and stakeholders to achieve their objectives. In addition to his commitment to professional growth, he is also passionate about coaching others. He shares his knowledge and experience to help colleagues and emerging professionals succeed in their careers.
Mr. Chibotu Chiyasa

- Chibotu Chiyasa is a banking and finance professional with over 22 years of experience. He began his career at Standard Chartered Bank Zambia Plc in 1999 and later joined Zambia National Commercial Bank in 2010. From 2018 to 2021, he worked as the Chief Commercial Officer at the Zambia Industrial Commercial Bank (ZICB). Currently, he is the Chief Retail Officer at ZICB. Throughout his career, he has developed expertise in various areas of banking and finance, including corporate banking, retail banking, and product and channel development and management. Additionally, Mr. Chiyasa has significant experience in the microfinance sector, having worked in this field for a few years. His skills include product development, sales and service, relationship management, credit analysis, loan structuring, and credit documentation, among others.
Mr. Thulani Muchiya

- Mr. Thulani Muchiya is an accomplished risk and assurance professional with extensive experience in banking, finance, consultancy and business risk management. He brings over 15 years of combined expertise in audit, risk management, credit risk, sustainable finance and business continuity within the financial sector. Before joining Zambia Industrial Commercial Bank (ZICB), Mr. Muchiya served as Chief Risk Officer at Access Bank Zambia Limited. During his tenure, he also held critical roles such as Head of Credit Risk Management and Business Continuity Management Leader. His early career includes serving as Assistant Manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers Zambia Limited, where he specialized in auditing Banks and financial institutions. Mr. Muchiya’s deep knowledge of risk management, regulatory compliance, finance and strategy oversight, positions him as a key driver of ZICB’s robust risk culture and commitment to sustainable banking practices.
Mr. Andrew Chimasa
- Chief Digital & Marketing Officer
- Mr. Andrew Chimasa is a dynamic leader in digital transformation, with over 13 years of experience in the banking sector. He specializes in digital innovation, customer experience, and strategic marketing. Before joining the Zambia Industrial Commercial Bank (ZICB), Mr. Chimasa held several key leadership roles at Zambia National Commercial Bank (ZANACO) PLC. These positions included Head of Digital Banking Products & Marketing, Head of Channel Management, Senior Manager of Channel Management. His earlier career also included roles as a Digital Marketing Specialist and Sales & Customer Service Administrator at First National Bank (FNB) Zambia. With a proven track record of delivering complex digital transformation projects and modernizing service delivery, Mr. Chimasa plays a crucial role in advancing ZICB’s digital transformation, positioning the Bank as a forward-thinking, customer-centric financial institution.

Ms. Mwaka Kopakopa

- Mwaka Kopakopa is an experienced professional with extensive expertise in treasury management, currency trading, and financial markets. She was appointed Head of Treasury at ZICB in 2025 and leads the bank’s treasury function with a focus on liquidity management, financial performance, and risk mitigation. Prior to her current role, she served as Country Treasurer and Balance Sheet Management Officer at UBA Zambia, where she played a pivotal role in implementing strategies to improve organizational financial performance, asset-liability management, regulatory compliance, and treasury market analysis. Mwaka began her career as an Investment Analyst at ZSIC Life Limited, gaining valuable experience in portfolio management, corporate finance, and capital market instruments. With a career spanning over 14 years, a proven track record in managing liquidity, optimizing balance sheets, and driving financial performance, Mwaka brings strong leadership skills, including strategic insight to ZICB’s treasury function, ensuring sustainable growth in addition to value creation.
Dr. Manyando Sikanda

- Dr. Manyando Sikanda is an accomplished banking executive with over 19 years of progressive experience in operations and retail banking. He has consistently delivered operational excellence and strategic leadership across multiple financial institutions. Before joining Zambia Industrial Commercial Bank (ZICB), Dr. Sikanda held senior leadership roles including Chief Operating Officer at United Bank for Africa Zambia Ltd and Cavmont Bank Zambia Ltd. He also served as Head of Operations and Head of Retail Banking at Investrust Bank Plc, complemented by extensive operational experience at Citibank Zambia Ltd. His deep operational expertise and visionary leadership continue to enhance ZICB’s efficiency, customer service delivery, and overall business performance.
Mr. David Ndumba

- Mr. David Ndumba is an established Human Capital executive with 24 years of senior management experience in human resources. His career spans various roles in leading institutions, where he has consistently driven strategic HR initiatives and championed organizational growth through people. Mr. Ndumba has held many roles and served as the Director of Human Resource at the Zambia Revenue Authority (ZRA), Zambia Daily Mail Limited, and Zambia Railways Limited. He also served as the Head of Industrial Relations and HR Operations at Zambia National Commercial Bank Plc (ZANACO). At Zambia Industrial Commercial Bank (ZICB), Mr. Ndumba leads the Human Capital function with a strong focus on talent development, performance management, and employee engagement. Mr. Eric Mukombo

- Eric Mukombo is the Head of Credit at Zambia Industrial Commercial Bank Limited. He holds a Master of Arts in Economics from The University of Manchester and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from The University of Zambia. With over nine years of banking experience, he specializes in credit analysis, loan portfolio management, and credit policy formulation. He previously served as Chief Credit Officer at United Bank for Africa (Zambia) Limited, Credit Manager at First National Bank (Zambia) Limited, and Loan Officer at AB Bank (Zambia) Limited. Mr. Mukombo is results-oriented and has proven expertise in central bank guidelines and credit risk management.
Mrs. Hlupekile Luhana

- Mrs. Hlupekile Luhana is a Chartered Accountant with over 25 years of experience in the auditing profession, including 20 years in senior management roles. She brings a wealth of expertise in internal auditing, particularly within the financial services sector. Before joining Zambia Industrial Commercial Bank (ZICB), Mrs. Luhana served as Head of Internal Audit at Cavmont Bank Limited, where she was instrumental in strengthening the bank’s internal control systems and risk management framework. Her professional journey also includes key roles such as Internal Auditor at BancABC, Senior Auditor at KPMG, and Auditor in the Special Engagements team at MTN. Her extensive background and leadership in internal audit continue to support ZICB’s commitment to sound governance, accountability, and operational excellence.
Ms. Mwape Mondoloka
- Bank Secretary and Legal Counsel
- Mwape Mondoloka is currently employed by Zambia Industrial Commercial Bank Limited as Bank Secretary and Legal Counsel, having joined the Bank in October 2021 from Absa Bank Zambia PLC where she had served as Company Secretary from January 2007. Mwape holds a Bachelor of Laws Degree (LLB) from the University of Zambia and is a member of the Zambian Bar. She also holds a Master of Business Administration (International) from the Edith Cowan University in Perth Australia. Mwape is an Advocate of both the High Court and the Supreme Court of Zambia and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. Mwape has a wealth of experience in the corporate world spanning over thirty (30) years with exposure in the energy sector, the mining sector and the financial sector. Past employers include senior legal positions in the Energy Regulation Board, Zambia Privatization Agency, and Chambishi Metals Plc. Her key areas of practice are Company Law, Practice, and Corporate Governance. In 2020, Mwape was recognised by the Diligent Modern Governance 100 program. The Modern Governance 100 is a community of governance professionals who have been nominated for their innovation, resilience, dedication and empathy in the face of a complex and ever-changing world.
Mr. Kumesa Kauta

- Kumesa Kauta is an experienced professional in Operations and Supply Chain Management, with over 17 years of expertise. Before joining Zambia Industrial Commercial Bank, he served as the Procurement and Administration Manager at Indo Zambia Bank (IZB), as Procurement Manager for Operations at the National Pension Scheme Authority (NAPSA), and as Assistant Production Superintendent at Lublend Limited, a lubricant blending company. He has acquired extensive experience in the petroleum, pension/public, and banking sectors.
Mrs. Mutauka Imasiku Kazoka

- Mrs. Mutauka Imasiku Kazoka is an Accredited Certified Compliance Professional with over 10 years of experience in compliance risk management within the banking sector. She brings a strong understanding of regulatory frameworks, internal controls, and compliance monitoring. Prior to joining Zambia Industrial Commercial Bank (ZICB), she served as Compliance Manager at Zambia National Commercial Bank and as Team Lead for Compliance Regulatory Monitoring at Access Bank Zambia. Mrs. Kazoka’s expertise continues to support ZICB’s commitment to maintaining the highest standards of regulatory compliance and ethical conduct across all areas of the Bank’s operations.

- Mr. Luke Njovu is an experienced corporate affairs and communications professional with a strong background in banking, public relations, and stakeholder engagement. With extensive experience in both the financial and consumer sectors, he has led high-impact initiatives in brand positioning, media relations, and corporate reputation management. Prior to joining Zambia Industrial Commercial Bank (ZICB), Mr. Njovu held several senior roles, including Brand & Communications Manager at First National Bank (FNB) Zambia and Corporate Affairs Director at Zambian Breweries Group. He also served in various leadership positions at Standard Chartered Bank, such as Head of Corporate Affairs for Zambia & Southern Africa, Value Centre General Manager, and Manager – Research & Planning in Consumer Banking. Mr. Njovu’s strategic insight and proven expertise continue to enhance ZICB’s public image, stakeholder engagement, and overall communications strategy, reinforcing the Bank’s position as a trusted and forward-looking financial institution.
