The Zambia Industrial Commercial Bank (ZICB) has partnered with the Workers Compensation Fund Control Board (WCFCB) to enable payment of contributions to the Board using ZICB Smartpay.
The partnership demonstrates ZICB’s commitment to providing products and services that are convenient and easily accessible. Employers can now make contributions to the WCFCB using ZICB Smartpay anytime, anywhere at no additional cost.
Speaking during the launch, ZICB Board Chairman, Musonda Cheta commended the WCFCB for developing the e-Workers platform and added that ZICB will continue to seek opportunities for innovation that offer solutions and efficiency to customers.

The ZICB Smartpay platform gives customers the opportunity to make contributions or payments for several services including e-NAPSA, e-Tax, land rates, and many more.
