As part of the Bank’s ongoing commitment to strengthening relationships with customers and key stakeholders, ZICB Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Ngenda Nyambe, together with the ZICB team, met with the Acting CEO of Indeni Energy, Mr. Saviour Nsangu, and his team to explore opportunities for collaboration and deepen strategic partnerships within the energy sector.

As a key player in Zambia’s energy industry, Indeni Energy plays a significant role in driving the country’s economic development. As a 100% Zambian-owned bank, ZICB remains committed to supporting the growth of local corporates and SMEs through innovative financial solutions and meaningful partnerships that contribute to national development.

During the Trade Fair, Mr. Nyambe and the ZICB team also paid courtesy visits to several key stakeholders, including the Governor of the Bank of Zambia, Dr. Denny H. Kalyalya, the Chief Executive Officer of the Workers’ Compensation Fund Control Board, Mr. Patrick Siampwili, and the Director General of the National Pension Scheme Authority (NAPSA), Mr. Muyangwa Muyangwa.

The ZICB team also visited the Industrial Development Corporation (IDC) Group Pavilion, where they interacted with staff from various IDC portfolio companies, reaffirming ZICB’s commitment to fostering collaboration across Zambia’s public and private sectors.
