We are proud to have successfully defended the Bankers’ Association of Zambia (BAZ) Basketball Championship title after edging out Bank of Zambia 62–59 in a exciting match played on Saturday at the NAPSA Sports Complex in Lusaka.
With this victory, Team ZICB has retained the championship title it first won last year at the same venue.
The staff presented the trophy to CEO, Ngenda Nyambe, who congratulated the players and urged them to continue demonstrating excellence both in and out of the office in line with the ZICB values.
“I am happy that the team has delivered another trophy, defending it for the second year in a row. These activities are important to bank and I encourage all staff to take part”.
The Bankers’ Sports Games are organized by the Zambia Institute of Banking & Finance and the Bankers’ Association of Zambia to promote wellness and provide a platform for networking among financial institutions.
