FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

1. Who is eligible?
New and Existing ZICB Retail and MSME customers.
• Retail accounts include Easy Kwacha, Nkwazi Gold, Mukula Platinum account and ZICB
Savings Account
• MSME accounts include Current Account and ZICB Call Account ( For the purpose of this campaign, ‘MSME classified under the Commercial Clients segment of Zambia IndustrialCommercial Bank with annual sales turnover of up to ZMW50,000,000.)
2. How will I be able to participate in the monthly draw or the grand prize draw? To be eligible for monthly draws, a customer must maintain a minimum balance of:
• ZMW3,500 for retail accounts (Easy Kwacha, Nkwazi Gold, Mukula Platinum account, and ZICB Savings Account)
• ZMW20,000 for commercial accounts (MSME Current Account and ZICB Call Account) over the course of the month in question. Whereas, to qualify for the final grand prize, customers must have kept the requisite minimum balance throughout the campaign duration.
3. What is the campaign duration?
The promotion will run from 1st September 2023 to 31 December 2023.
4. Is the campaign limited to Savings and Fixed deposits only? No. The campaign is open to savings and transactional accounts for Retail banking as well as MSME transactional and business call accounts.
5. What are the prizes?
Customers stand a chance to win one of several prizes including Fuel or Shopping vouchers each month. The Grand prize is an all-expenses paid weekend for 5 people at the Radisson Blu Hotel in Livingstone for individual account holders and a Power generation solution (comprising an inverter, batteries and solar Panels) for MSME Clients valued.
6. How can I increase the chances to win?
If a qualifying customer maintains double(x2) or higher minimum balance, they will be eligible for 3 entries in all the draws.
7. How many people stand a chance to win the prizes?
There will be 10 winners each month for both Retail and SME customers respectively and one (1) winner from each segment for the Grand Prize Draw.
8. How long do I have to be a ZICB customer for me to qualify?
The promotion is open to all existing and new customers. In order to qualify for the Grand Prize Draw, you will need to have kept the minimum balance specified for both Retail and MSME Clients for the entire campaign period.
9. When do I get my reward?
Winners will be notified 72 hours after draw date and a suitable date agreed to collect the reward.
